- Where in Zimbabwe does AfroPacific build?
- We build across Harare, Ruwa, Chitungwiza, Marondera and Mutare, working from our base at 6626 Zimre Way, Zimre Park, Ruwa, Zimbabwe.
- What kind of construction work do you take on?
- New homes and cottages, commercial construction from shell through fit-out, extensions, renovations, walling and paving, along with the roofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and ceiling trades that finish a building.
- Can you draw the plans and price the job before we build?
- Yes. Architectural design, construction-ready building plans, project cost estimates and bills of quantities are all part of the service, so you can see what the project will cost, line by line, before ground is broken.
- Do you supply the building materials as well?
- Yes. AfroPacific Supplies manufactures bricks, blocks, pavers, sand, quarry stone, roofing sheets, gutters, gates and fencing, and stocks cement, steel and finishes, so materials and labour can be quoted together.
- Can I follow my build from outside Zimbabwe?
- That is what the AfroPacific app is for. It shows milestones with dated site photography, holds funds in escrow against those milestones, and lets you pay by Visa or Mastercard from anywhere. It is currently in private beta.
