AfroPacific has been building in Zimbabwe since 2010, on the belief that what we build today should create value far beyond today.
16 years in, the thing that still separates a good project from a bad one is not skill on site. It is whether the client can see what is happening. Construction in Zimbabwe works, but it works opaquely: costed breakdowns are rarely shared, updates arrive late or not at all, and the paperwork that should outlive the project often never exists.
We treat that as part of the job. AfroPacific Construction delivers residential and commercial work from design through handover, with the costing, sourcing and documentation held to the same standard as the building itself. It is also why we built our own app, so a client can follow milestones, spend and site photography without waiting to be told.
Property and development work has run alongside the build business for most of those years, done for clients rather than under our own name. Establishing Properties and Developments as divisions gives that work its own mandate and its own pipeline.
